Co-Design Workshops
As many of you know, we're transitioning to a business model that focuses on manufacturing our products locally and using sustainable materials (and we're working on securing the funding for this!). Over the past year, we've been working hard behind the scenes in collaboration with Dr. Euan Winton from Heriot-Watt University. As we move closer to key milestones, I'll be sharing more updates on our progress, however, at the heart of this journey - both its starting point and ultimate goal - is, and always has been, about our customers.
Building on the co-design workshops that we've held with an amazing group of gents from Alzheimer Scotland, we recently teamed up with Meeting Centres in Forfar and Kirriemuir - wonderful community groups supporting individuals living with dementia.
In a hands-on co-design workshop, participants shared their thoughts on colours, patterns, and practical features that would enhance usability and enjoyment in our new innovative product range. Through crafting, conversation, and creativity, we’re ensuring our designs truly incorporate their needs and preferences.
It was a fantastic day and we’re so grateful for these insights and for the chat!
